Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the store management team in driving store performance while building customer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager on site, the Shift Supervisor helps to ensure that store operations run smoothly and is responsible for the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Opens and closes the store in absence of store management, including all required cash handling and ensuring the sales floor is ready for the business day.
- Complete customer returns and exchanges
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our products
- Process transactions efficiently at the point-of-sale
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Process products for the sales floor and assist with merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to make sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Pay rates ranging from $14.50 – $17.00 depending on location and experience
